Bin Barber (“Bin Barber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an owner-operated curbside trash bin cleaning service based in Caldwell, Idaho, serving the Treasure Valley and surrounding communities.

2a. Information you provide directly
When you submit the “Book a Cleaning” form on our website, you may provide:
- Your full name
- Your service address (street address and city)
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The number of bins you want cleaned
- An optional message with additional details
Providing contact and address information is necessary to schedule and deliver the service. You are not required to provide an email address if you prefer to be contacted only by phone.
2b. Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Like most web hosting providers, Netlify may collect standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit. This data is collected automatically as part of delivering the website and is governed by Netlify’s Privacy Policy. We do not install additional analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this website.
2c. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set first-party cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Your browser may store a small amount of session data as a standard function of browsing any website. Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, which may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Schedule and confirm your cleaning appointment — Zeke will call or text you back within 24 hours to discuss your service day and give you a quote.
- Deliver the service — We need your address to locate and clean your bins curbside on the agreed date.
- Follow up after service — We may contact you to confirm completion or answer questions about the job.
- Respond to inquiries — If you contact us directly by phone, text, or email, we use your contact information to respond.
We do not use your information for automated marketing, email newsletters, or any purpose unrelated to your service request without asking you first.
4. How We Share Your Information
Bin Barber does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — Our website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. These providers access data only as necessary to operate our website and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfer — If Bin Barber is sold or its assets are transferred to a new owner, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify customers of any material change in ownership or use of your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain the information you provide for as long as is reasonably necessary to deliver your service and handle any follow-up questions or disputes. If you are a repeat customer, we may retain your contact and address information across jobs to make future scheduling easier. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7 below).

Service request submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed by Netlify, which maintains security standards appropriate for a web hosting platform. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because Bin Barber is a small, owner-operated business, your information is handled by one person (Zeke) and is not shared across departments or large staff.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information from our records. We will honor deletion requests unless we are required by law to retain certain data.

Our website does not currently contain links to third-party websites other than our hosting provider (Netlify) and our web management partner (VeloraMGT). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party sites you may navigate to independently.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
